fa اخلاق حرفه‌ای اعضای هیأت علمی و رابطۀ آن با کیفیت آموزش عالی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-1.5pt"><strong>زمینه:</strong> برخوداری و رعایت استاندارد‌های اخلاق حرفه از سوی اعضای هیأت علمی می‌تواند در کیفیت فرایند و برونداد سیستم نظام آموزش عالی مؤثر واقع شود، در نتیجه پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان نسبت به رعایت استانداردهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای اساتید و رابطه آن با کیفیت نظام آموزش عالی انجام شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-1.5pt"><strong>روش:</strong> روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع رابطه‌ای(همبستگی) است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه بوعلی‌سینا همدان می‌باشد، 252 نفر از دانشجویان با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم هر طبقه به‌عنوان نمونه آماری جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد اخلاق حرفه‌ای و کیفیت خدمات استفاده شد. داده‌های تحقیق پس از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای آماری <span dir="LTR">LISREL</span><span dir="LTR">, </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> تحلیل شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-1.5pt"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان در خصوص رعایت استاندارد‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای اساتید در سطح به نسبت مطلوب ارزیابی شد ولی از نظر آنان بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب رعایت استاندارد‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای شکاف وجود دارد. نتایج الگویابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که: اثر مستقیم اخلاق حرفه‌ای بر تضمین کیفیت مثبت ومعنی‌دار است.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-1.5pt"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>توجه به استانداردهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای اعضای هیأت علمی می‌تواند یکی از راهبردهای اساسی جهت بهبود تضمین کیفیت در نظام آموزش عالی باشد.</p> <p><strong>Background:</strong> The observance of professional standards and ethics by the university staff members affects the process and products of higher education. Hence, the present study aims to analysis of the student<span dir="RTL">’</span>s perspectives about the professor&#39s professional ethics and standards and its relation with the higher education quality assurance.</p> <p><strong>Method: </strong>The research method was descriptive-correlation. 252 students were chosen through stratified random selection procedure out of the whole population of higher education students of Bu-Ali Sina University. Two questionnaires of professional ethics and quality assurance were applied in this study, and the obtained data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The analyses show that students approved the professors&#39 professional ethics as "Relatively desirable". However, a significant gap was found between the optimum level and the current existing level of the professors&#39 professional ethics.
