fa اخلاق مهندسی در پروژه‎های عمرانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -0.1pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه</strong>: آنچه امروزه در پروژه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های عمرانی بیش از پیش مطرح است ضعف مبانی اخلاق مهندسی در<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span> تعاملات حرفه&lrm;ای است. این امر ناشی از آن است که؛ در دوره آموزش<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های دانشگاهی، مبحث اخلاق و چالش<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>های اخلاقی در جامعه مهندسین، مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. از این&lrm;رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی چالش&lrm;های اخلاقی در کارگاه&lrm;های عمرانی صورت گرفته است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -0.1pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>روش:</strong> پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی مهندسین شاغل در در دو پروژۀ بزرگ عمرانی هستند که با استفاده از روش نمونه&lrm;گیری تصادفی ساده، 100 نفر انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات به وسیله پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته، جمع آوری و داده&lrm;ها با کمک آمار توصیفی مورد تحلیل و تفسیر قرار گرفته&lrm;اند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right: -0.1pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span></strong><strong>ها:</strong> نتایج به دست آمده نشان می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>دهند که؛ 44% گروه نمونه، کارگاه&lrm;های عمرانی را فاقد گفتمان اخلاقی می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>دانند و 87% رابطه و نفوذ را عامل مؤثر در استخدام می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>دانند. 79% گروه نمونه از مفاد آیین&lrm;نامه&lrm;های اخلاق مهندسی آگاهی ندارند و 78% از افراد آموزش ناکافی را علت این مسئله می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>دانند. در نهایت 53% گروه نمونه، بی اخلاقی در کارگاه<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>ها را با بی اخلاقی در جامعه مرتبط می<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>دانند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه&lrm;گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> با توجه به نتایج حاصل می</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">توان گفت: سطوح پایین آگاهی از آیین</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">نامه</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های اخلاق مهندسی از آموزش ناکافی در سطوح دانشگاهی ریشه می</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">گیرد. چالش</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">های اخلاقی در کارگاه</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">ها منجر به کاهش رضایت شغلی کارکنان و ایجاد تجارب نامطلوب برای افراد جویای کار می</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">گردد که می</span>&lrm;<span dir="RTL">تواند پایبندی آنها به اصول اخلاقی را در سطح اجتماعی نیز تحت تاثیر قرار دهد</span></p> <p></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> What is more and more attended in civil projects is weak engineering ethics in the professional interactions. It is due to the inattention to ethical challenges in engineering societies. The present study aims to investigate the ethical challenges in civil workshops.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Method:</strong> This study is a descriptive survey. Population of study consisted of all engineers that working in two major construction projects. By using simple random sampling method, 100 subjects were selected. Data were collected by research made questionnaire and analyzed by descriptive statistics.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> The results show that 44% of the subjects believe that moral discourse is not in civil workshops and 87% believe that the relationship and influence are factors in hiring. 79% of respondents are not aware of the provisions of the Code of Ethics of Engineering and 78% of them believe that the cause of this problem is inadequate education. Finally, 53% believe immorality in workshops related to the immorality in society.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results, it can be said that low levels of awareness of engineering Code of ethics stems from inadequate education at university level. Ethical challenges in the workplace lead to lower job satisfaction and bad experiences for jobseekers.
