fa تعامل اخلاق و سیاست در اندیشه سیاسی ماکیاولی و کانت تخصصي Special مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;">زمینه: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;">مطالعه رابطه اخلاق و سیاست و ایجاد نوع تعامل میان نظریه اخلاقی و نظریه سیاسی، یکی از مسائل مهم علمی در حوزه فلسفه سیاسی است. نیکولوماکیاولی و امانوئل کانت از جمله فیلسوفان و مردان سیاسی هستند که در سنت فکری غرب(ایتالیا و آلمان)، در مطالعات فلسفی و سیاسی خود به جرح و تعدیل رابطه اخلاق و سیاست پرداخته اند. این مقاله صرف نظر از تفاوتهای ضروری و خاص دو سنت فکری، با توجه به مشترکات عمومی و مبتنی بر مسائل مشترک اجتماعی-سیاسی، بر آن است ضمن کالبدشکافی آرای اخلاقی و سیاسی هریک از دو متفکر غرب، از طریق تحلیل مبانی اخلاقی و سیاسی نشان دهد چرا و چگونه راهبرد سیاسی این دو متفکر، به رغم اعتقاد به اخلاق دوسطحی و نقطه عزیمت واحد، به غایاتی متفاوت در رهیافت رابطه اخلاق و سیاست رسیده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;"> کانت به عنوان یک فیلسوف اخلاقی، سیاست را باید بر اصول اخلاق و حقوق بشر بنا کند و در خدمت عدالت جهانی باشد و نظریه اخلاقی وی در مقایسه با نظریه سیاسی اش فربه تر و در راستای غایت انگاری و آرمان جهان وطنی انسان است.</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;">اما ماکیاولی، به عنوان یک سیاستمدار عملی، سیاست را ابزاری برای حفظ قدرت و امنیت می‌بیند که نیازمند انعطاف‌پذیری و گاهی نادیده گرفتن اصول اخلاقی است و در جهت وحدت ایتالیا و احیای شکوه و صلابت فلورانس ارائه شده و در مقایسه با نظریه اخلاقی</span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;">&lrm;</span></span><span lang="FA" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;">اش، فربه تر است.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Background: </span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Studying the relationship between ethics and politics and creating a type of interaction between ethical theory and political theory is one of the important scientific issues in the field of political philosophy. Niccolo Machiavelli and Immanuel Kant are among the philosophers and political men who, in the Western intellectual tradition (Italy and Germany), have examined and modified the relationship between ethics and politics in their philosophical and political studies. Regardless of the essential and specific differences between the two intellectual traditions, this article, considering the general commonalities based on common socio-political issues, aims to dissect the moral and political views of each of the two Western thinkers, through the analysis of moral and political foundations, show why and how the political strategy of these two thinkers, despite their belief in two-level morality and a single point of departure, has reached different ends in approaching the relationship between morality and politics.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Conclusion</span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:90%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">: Kant, as a moral philosopher, should base politics on the principles of morality and human rights and serve global justice, and his moral theory is more substantial compared to his political theory and in line with teleology and the cosmopolitan ideal of man.
