fa تحلیل نقش مجازات زندان بر اصلاح و تربیت اخلاقی Analysis of the Role of Prison Punishment on Moral Reform and Education تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه: زندان محیطی است که تبعات مختلف روحی و جسمی را بر فرد مرتکب کننده جرم، وارد میآورد. محبوس شدن در محیطی که نتوان به پیشرفت در عرصه های مختلف فرهنگی و اجتماعی و اقتصادی رسید، باعث میشود تا روان فرد بار سنگینی از آزارهای روحی و روانی را متحمل شود. اما باید دید آیا چنین مجازاتی می تواند در اصلاح و تربیت اخلاقی و اجتماعی زندانیان مثمر ثمر باشد . این پرسشی است که مطالعۀ حاضر برای پاسخگویی به آن شکل گرفته است.   نتیجه گیری:  از دست دادن زمان و واماندن از عرصه زندگی میتواند تا حد بسیار زیادی ندامت و پشیمانی فرد را از جرمی که مرتکب شده است انعکاس دهد. اما مطالعات نشان می دهند زندان منجر به بروز آسیب هایی همچون آسیب اقتصادی، روانی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و ...  می شود و به واسطۀ رویکرد نامناسب زندان و جامعۀ پیرامون در ارتباط با زندانیان کمتر چنین مجازاتی می تواند منجر به اصلاح و تربیت اخلاقی مجرمان شود. بنابراین می توان با استفاده از رویکردهای جایگزین در کنار فرهنگ سازی و آموزش نحوه برخورد اخلاقی با مجرمان از بند آزاد شده به مردم ، از ضرر و زیان های وارده بر بعد روانی مجرم کاسته و احتمال اصلاح و تربیت اخلاقی مجرمان را افزایش داد.   <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Prison is an environment that has various mental and physical consequences on the person who commits a crime. Being confined in an environment where progress cannot be achieved in various cultural, social, and economic areas causes the individual's psyche to bear a heavy burden of mental and psychological abuse. But it remains to be seen whether such punishment can be effective in the moral and social reform and education of prisoners. This is the question that the present study was designed to answer. Conclusion: Losing time and being excluded from life can, to a great extent, reflect a person's remorse and regret for the crime he committed. However, studies show that prison leads to harm such as economic, psychological, social, cultural, etc., and due to the inappropriate approach of the prison and the surrounding society in relation to prisoners, such punishment can lead to less moral reform and education of criminals.
