fa ارزیابی مدل زیرساخت توسعه گردشگری سلامت با توجه به اصول اخلاق پزشکی در بیمارستان های دولتی Evaluation of the Health Tourism Development Infrastructure Model According to the Principles of Medical Ethics in Public Hospitals تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: یکی از مهمترین انواع گردشگری در دنیا گردشگری سلامت است که همواره نگرانیهایی پیرامون جنبه اخلاقی آن وجود داشته است.  از این رو هدف اصلی این پژوهش طراحی مدل زیرساخت توسعه گردشگری سلامت با توجه به اصول اخلاق پزشکی در بیمارستانهای دولتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، پژوهشی توصیفی شمرده می شود. همچنین از دیدگاه گردآوری اطلاعات، یک پژوهش پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری عبارت است از: سیاستگذاران، مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد حوزه پزشکی و اخلاق پزشکی که در حوزه گردشگری سلامت صاحبنظر و فعال هستند. روش نمونهگیری در این پژوهش بر اساس روش غیراحتمالی در دسترس بوده و تعداد 200 نفر به عنوان نمونه در این پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه بود. در تحلیل دادهها از رویکرد تحلیل عاملی مرتبه دوم استفاده شده است و ابعاد و سازههای مدل مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نرم افزارهای SPSS24 و Smart SPSS4 برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شده است. یافته ها: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از یافتهها شش بعد زیرساخت توسعه گردشگری سلامت و سی و شش سازه مورد نظر برای زیرساخت توسعه گردشگری سلامت مورد تایید قرار گرفتند و مدل از برازش مناسب برخوردار است. نتیجه گیری: ابعاد زیرساخت توسعه گردشگری سلامت با توجه به اصول اخلاق پزشکی موارد زیر به ترتیب دارای اولویت هستند: زیرساختهای مرتبط با مولفههای لجستیکی رتبه اول، اقتصادی رتبه دوم، کیفیت خدمات رتبه سوم، زیست محیطی رتبه چهارم، حقوق بیمار رتبه پنجم و مولفه های ساختاری رتبه ششم</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: One of the most important types of tourism in the world is health tourism, which has always been concerned about its ethical aspect. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to design the infrastructure model for the development of health tourism according to the principles of medical ethics in the public hospitals of Iran University of Medical Sciences. Method: This research is considered descriptive research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of nature. Also, from the point of view of collecting information, it is survey research. The statistical population consists of: policy makers, managers and senior experts in the field of medicine and medical ethics who are experts and active in the field of health tourism. The sampling method in this research was based on non-probability method and 200 people were selected as a sample in this research. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. In the data analysis, the second-order factor analysis approach was used, and the dimensions and structures of the model were examined. SPSS24 and Smart SPSS4 software were used for data analysis. Results: According to the results of the findings, the six dimensions of the health tourism development infrastructure and thirty-six desired structures for the health tourism development infrastructure were confirmed, and the model has a suitable fit.
