other رویکرد اخلاقی به حکمرانی: مولفه های حکمرانی خوب مبتنی بر سرمایه اجتماعی An Ethical Approach to Governance: Components of Good Governance Based on Social Capital تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: حکمرانی در هر جامعه با نظام اخلاقی و ارزش های جامعه پیوندی ناگسستنی دارد. هدف این پژوهش ارائه مولفه های حکمرانی خوب مبتنی بر سرمایه اجتماعی می باشد. روش: پژوهش حاضر در زمره تحقیقات کیفی است که با رویکرد داده بنیاد انجام شد. جامعه اماری این پژوهش شامل خبرگان حوزه مدیریت و علوم اجتماعی بود که 15 نفر به عنوان نمونه با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از سه مرحله کد گذاری انجام گرفت. یافته ها: در کد گذاری مقوله های اصلی و فرعی از داده های مصاحبه استخراج شد. پدیده محوری شامل دو مقوله حکمرانی خوب مبتنی بر سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه انسانی بود. شرایط علی دارای سه مقوله اصلی عوامل محیطی، عوامل سیاستگذاری و عوامل ساختاری، ، شرایط زمینه ای که شامل دو مقوله عوامل سازمانی و عوامل آموزشی می باشد، راهبردها دارای دو مقوله مدیریت و رهبری و مقوله ارتباطات اجتماعی و در نهایت پیامدها دارای چهار مقوله توسعه و ارتقاء جایگاه پارس جنوبی، توسعه سازمانی، افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی و بهبود پاسخگوئی و افزاییش مسئولیت  اجتماعی پارس جنوبی بدست آمدند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج بیانگر این است که کارکرد حکمرانی خوب مبتنی بر سرمایه اجتماعی با کشف واقعیات ها، مکملی برای بهره وری در شرکت پارس جنوبی است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Background: Governance in every society is inextricably linked with the moral system and values of the society. The purpose of this research is to present the components of good governance based on social capital.                Method: The current research is one of the qualitative types of research that was conducted with the foundation's data approach. The statistical community of this research included experts in the field of management and social sciences, 15 of whom were selected as a sample using the snowball method. Data collection tool, semi-structured interview and data analysis were done using three stages of coding. Results: In coding, main and secondary categories were extracted from the interview data. The central phenomenon included two categories of good governance based on social capital and human capital. Causal conditions have three main categories of environmental factors, policy factors and structural factors, background conditions which include two categories of organizational factors and educational factors, strategies have two categories of management and leadership and the category of social communication, and finally the consequences have four categories of development. and improving the status of South Pars, organizational development, increasing social capital and improving accountability and increasing social responsibility of South Pars.
