other نگرش‌ها و کنش‌های اعتقادی- اخلاقی مؤثر بر زندگی زناشویی زوج‌های هر دو شاغل Belief-Ethical Attitudes and Actions Affecting the Married Life of Dual Career Couples تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: نگرش‌ها و کنش‌های اعتقادی و اخلاقی در روند زندگی زناشویی تأثیر داشته و گاه موجب تسهیل و گاهی نیز سبب بغرنج شدن روابط زناشویی می‌شود.  هدف پژوهش حاضر، کشف نگرش‌ها و کنش‌های اعتقادی- اخلاقی مژثر بر زندگی زناشویی زوج های هر دو شاغل بود.     روش: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری انجام شد. جامعه آماری در پژوهش حاضر تمام زوج‌های هر دو شاغل دارای رضایت و تعارض زناشویی شهر نورآباد بود که از میان آنان، پژوهشگران 12 زوج شاغل دارای رضایت زناشویی (که ضمن اذعان خود به برخورداری از رضایت زناشویی در پرسشنامه‌ی Enrich نمره بالاتر از 161 که نشانگر رضایت زناشویی زیاد و فوق العاده است، کسب کرده باشند) و 12 زوج شاغل دارای تعارضات زناشویی (بر اساس اذعان آنها به داشتن تعارض زناشویی و نمره‌ی بالا در پرسشنامه‌ی MCQ) را  با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب کرده و مورد مصاحبه قرار دادند. برای کدگذاری و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش دیکلمن، آلن و تانر و نرم افزار MAXQDA12  استفاده شد.    یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها منجر به شناسایی 2 درون مایه اصلی شامل آفت‌های اعتقادی- اخلاقی (با درون مایه‌های فرعی: آفت‌های اعتقادی و آفت‌های اخلاقی) و ثمره‌های اعتقادی- اخلاقی (با درون مایه‌های فرعی: ثمره‌های اعتقادی و ثمره‌های اخلاقی) شد. نتیجه گیری: مرور تجارب زیسته زوج‌های هر دو شاغل در این پژوهش نشان داد که نگرش‌ها و کنش‌های اعتقادی- اخلاقی زوجین نیز با تاثیرپذیری از اشتغال همزمان زوج می‌تواند رضایت و تعارضات میان زوج هر دو شاغل را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Belief and ethical attitudes and actions have an effect on the process of marital life and sometimes make it easier and sometimes make marital relations more complicated. The aim of the current research was to discover the attitudes and belief-ethical actions that affect the marital life of dual-career couples.                Method: This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and using interpretive phenomenology method. The statistical population in the current study was all the dual-career couples with marital satisfaction and marital conflict in Noorabad city, among them, the researchers found 12 dual-career couples with marital satisfaction (who, while admitting that they have marital satisfaction, scored higher than 161 in the Enrich questionnaire, which indicates satisfaction marriage is great and wonderful) and 12 dual-career couples with marital conflicts (based on their acknowledgment of having marital conflict and a high score in the MCQ questionnaire) were selected and interviewed by purposive sampling method. Dickelman, Allen and Tanner method and MAXQDA12 software were used for data coding and analysis. Results: The analysis of the data from the interviews led to the identification of 2 main themes including belief-ethical plagues (with sub-themes: belief plagues and ethical plagues) and belief-ethical results (with sub-themes: belief results and ethical results).
