other تبیین اخلاقی و جامعه شناختی زمینه‌های مؤثر بر جنسیت زدگی جامعه Ethical and Sociological Explanation of the Factors Affecting the Gendering of the Society تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه: نابرابری جنسیّتی عبارت است از برخورد یا عملی که براساس جنسیّت افراد به تحقیر، طرد، خوار شمردن و کلیشه بندی آنان می پردازد و نشا ن دهنده یکسان نبودن دسترسی زنان و مردان به فرصتها و امکاناتی مانند امکانات آموزشی است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر تبیین اخلاقی و جامعه شناختی زمینه‌های مؤثر بر جنسیت زدگی جامعه بود. روش: پژوهشحاضر با توجه به ماهیت موضوع از نوعترکیبی بود. بخش کیفی که به روش داده بنیاد انجام شد جامعهآماری شامل اساتید دانشگاهی رشته جامعه شناسی که در زمینه اخلاق و حقوق زنان فعالیت داشتند بود و از میان آنها نمونه ای 15 نفره با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شد. ابزار مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته بود و داده ها با روش کدگذاری 3 مرحله ای تحلیل شدند. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری شامل زنان و مردان بالای 18 سال در شهر اردبیل در سال 1401 بود که از میان آنها 384 نفر به روش نمونه گیریتصادفی خوشه ای چندمرحله ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پرسشنامه بود و تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS و Lisrel با آزمونهای معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج کیفی 63 کد باز شناسایی شد که در 24 مقوله طبقه بندی و در نهایت با کد گذاری انتخابی مدل تحقیق ترسیم شد. در بخش کمی نتایج بیانگر برازش مناسب مدل تحقیق بود . نتیجه گیری: نتایج یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که ابعاد، پیامدهای تاثیر و نشانگرهای عاملهای اخلاقی و اجتماعی، عوامل علی، عوامل مداخله گر، عوامل زمینه‌ای، راهبردهای عاملهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی بر جنسیت زدگی جامعه مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت.   <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Gender inequality is a treatment or action that humiliates, rejects, humiliates and stereotypes people based on their gender and indicates that women and men do not have the same access to opportunities and facilities such as educational facilities. Is. The purpose of the present research was to explain the ethical and sociological factors affecting the sexism of the society. Method: The current research was of a hybrid type according to the nature of the subject. In the qualitative part, which was conducted using the Foundation's data method, the statistical population included university professors in the field of sociology who were active in the field of ethics and women's rights, and a sample of 15 people was selected from among them with the purposeful sampling method and reaching theoretical saturation. The interview tool was in-depth and semi-structured, and the data was analyzed with a 3-step coding method. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included men and women over 18 years old in Ardabil city in 1401, of which 384 people were selected as a sample by multi-stage cluster random sampling. The tool was a questionnaire and data analysis were done using SPSS and Lisrel software with structural equation tests. Results: Based on the qualitative results, 63 open codes were identified, which were classified into 24 categories and finally drawn by selective coding of the research model. In the quantitative part, the results showed the appropriate fit of the research model.
