other تبیین شاخص های اخلاق حرفه ای در پژوهش های پزشکی Explanation of Professional Ethics Indicators in Medical Research تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: توجه و پایبندی به اصول اخلاقی مساله ای بسیار مهم و حیاتی در دستیابی به شاخص های توسعه یافتگی پژوهش و تولید علم است. مقاله حاضر با هدف تبیین شاخص های اخلاق حرفه ای در پژوهش از دیدگاه متخصصان علوم پزشکی انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی انجام شد. از بین متخصصان دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی که جامعه آماری این مطالعه بودند، 11 نفر از گروه های مختلف به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب گردید. داده ها با انجام مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته درباره تاثیر شاخص های اخلاق حرفه ای در پژوهش های پزشکی گردآوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها:  نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، 403 کد اولیه بود که بعد از حذف موارد نامرتبط و ادغام کد های مشابه، 239 کد در چهار متغیر اصلی؛ بستر، اخلاق حرفه ای، راهبرد و پیامد حاصل شد. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های تحقیق، شاخص ها و مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای در پژوهش های پزشکی چند وجهی بوده و در ابعاد فردی، سازمانی و اجتماعی بیان می شوند. توجه به ارزش های فرهنگی و اجتماعی، آگاهی از استانداردها، رعایت مبانی اخلاق حرفه ای، غنی سازی کمیته های اخلاق پژوهشی، آموزش، ایجاد انگیزه و رقابت سالم، بودجه بندی صحیح، ارزیابی و نظارت، مطابقت و هدایت پژوهش ها در جهت اهداف و آرمان های جامعه از جمله موارد اساسی است که باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Paying attention to and adhering to ethical principles is a very important and vital issue in achieving the development indicators of research and science production. This article was done with the aim of explaining the indicators of professional ethics in research from the point of view of medical science experts.                  Method: This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. 11 people from different groups were selected from among the specialists of medical sciences universities who were the statistical population of this study by purposive sampling method. The data was collected by conducting semi-structured interviews about the impact of professional ethics indicators in medical research and analyzed using the content analysis method. Results: The results of the data analysis were 403 initial codes, after removing unrelated items and merging similar codes, 239 codes in four main variables; Background, professional ethics, strategy and results were obtained. Conclusion: Based on research findings, indicators and components of professional ethics in medical research are multifaceted and are expressed in individual, organizational and social dimensions.
