other رابطه جهت گیری اخلاقی با جامعه پذیری حرفه ای دانشجویان حسابداری مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی The Relationship between Ethical Orientation and Professional Socialization of Accounting Students تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: موضوع جامعه پذیری حرفه ای در حسابداری بسیار با اهمیت است. عدم انتقال ارزشهای حرفهای به دانشجویان حسابداری ممکن است هم به حرفه و هم به دانشجویان آن آسیب برساند. افراد باید خود را  با تمام ارزشها و هنجارهای حرفه انتخابی خود تطبیق دهند. مطالعه جنبههای مختلف جامعه پذیری حرفهای و عوامل موثر بر آن میتواند زمینه ای برای بهبود حرفه را فراهم کند. هدف این مقاله مطالعه رابطه بین جهتگیری اخلاقی با جامه پذیری حرفه ای دانشجویان مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی حسابداری میباشد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان مقاطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری حسابداری کل کشور است که برای انتخاب نمونه آماری از روش نمونهگیری دردسترس استفاده گردید. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه های استاندارد استفاده شدهاست. داده های استخراج شده از 284 پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش رابطه معنادار جهتگیری اخلاقی با جامع هپذیری حرفه ای را تایید مینماید. به عبارتی دیگر ایدهآل گرایی اخلاقی به صورت مثبت و معنیداری با جامعهپذیری حرفه ای ارتباط دارد این در حالی است که رابطه نسبی گرایی اخلاقی با جامعه پذیری حرفهای منفی و معنیدار میباشد.  نتیجه گیری: با توجه با اینکه دانشجویان از طریق سیستم آموزش عالی با این حرفه آشنایی پیدا میکنند و جهت گیری اخلاقی با فرآیند جامعهپذیر شدن آنها ارتباط معناداری دارد، لذا مداخلات آموزشی موثرتر، در سطح دانشگاه برای بهبود و ارتقای آگاهی دانشجویان نسبت به مباحث اخلاقی و توجه به جامعهپذیری حرفهای امری ضروری است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: The issue of professional socialization is very important in accounting. Failure to transfer professional values to accounting students may harm both the profession and its students. Individuals must adapt to all the values and norms of their chosen profession. Studying different aspects of professional socialization and the factors that affect it can provide a basis for improving the profession. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between ethical orientation and professional socialization of accounting student.                  Method: The present study is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population includes master's and doctoral students in accounting throughout the country. Accidental sampling method was used to select the statistical sample. Standard questionnaires were used to collect data. The extracted data from 284 questionnaires were analyzed using structural equations. Results: The results of the study confirm the significant relationship between ethical orientation and professional socialization. In other words, idealism is positively and significantly related to professional socialization, while the relationship between relativism and social socialization is negative and significant.
