other رابطه شاخص های انتخاب تکنولوژی مبتنی بر مزیت رقابتی با اخلاق حرفه ای در تجهیز واحدهای صنعتی پائین دستی پتروشیمی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">اخلاق موضوع مورد نیاز تمام حرفه ها و سازمانها است، حفظ یک مزیت رقابتی پایدار در یک صنعت نیز موضوعی است که نیازمند به روز شدن مداوم تکنولوژی های موجود و توسعه تکنولوژی های جدید است، در این پژوهش به رابطه شاخص های انتخاب تکنولوژی مبتنی بر مزیت رقابتی با اخلاق حرفه ای پرداخته شد. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: مطالعه پیش رو از نوع پیمایشی-کاربردی است . جامعه آماری &nbsp;کارکنان و خبرگان در واحدهای صنعتی پائین دستی پتروشیمی در سال 1398بودند که از میان آنها به صورت تصادفی ساده، 104 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار بررسی موضوع از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برای سنجش شاخص های انتخاب تکنولوژی و اخلاق حرفه ای بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR">Amos</span> <span dir="LTR">21</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و به روش الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته ها</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">:</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتایج پژوهش حاکی از وجود اثر مثبت و منفی معنی دار شاخص های انتخاب تکنولوژی (عوامل تکنولوژیکی، عوامل فنی، عوامل مالی، عوامل تجاری، عوامل سازمانی و عوامل زیست محیطی)&nbsp; بر عناصر اخلاق حرفه ای، سطح پیشرفت اخلاقی، محیط سازمانی، مرکز کنترل درونی و بیرونی و رعایت قوانین و استانداردهای علمی بود. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه گیری</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: نکته ای که در اینجا حائز اهمیت است انتخاب تکنولوژی براساس مدل در واحدهای صنعتی پایین دستی پتروشیمی است اما مهم بکارگیری روشی که مبتنی بر خرد جمعی و لحاظ کردن تمام نظرات کارشناسان اخلاق فناوری با پرهیز از انجام سعی و خطا یا اتلاف منابع انسانی است. </span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Ethics is a requirement of all professions and organizations, maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage in an industry is also an issue that requires constant updating of existing technologies and the development of new technologies, in this study based on the relationship between technology selection indicators Competitive advantage was discussed with professional ethics.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: The present study is a survey-applied type. The statistical population was employees and experts in downstream petrochemical industrial units in 2019, from which 104 people were randomly selected as a sample. The subject was a researcher-made questionnaire to assess the indicators of technology selection and professional ethics.
