other آسیب‌شناسی اخلاقی اجرای خط‌مشی‌های عمومی بازرگانی کشور با رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی Ethical Pathology of the Implementation of the General Commercial Policies of the Country with the Approach of Resistance Economy تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی که با راهنمایی رهبر معظم انقلاب و جمعی از اقتصاددانان کشور تهیه و ارایه شده دارای دو گونه کلی مسئولیت است. یک نوع مسئولیت حالت عمومی دارد و عموم مردم دارای وظایف و مسیولیتهایی در قبال بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی کشور هستند و نوع دوم مسئولیتهایی هستند که بطور مشخص و صریح به سازمانهای خاص محول شده است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر آسیب‌شناسی اخلاقی اجرای خط‌مشی‌های عمومی بازرگانی کشور با رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر در زمره تحقبقات توصیفی–همبستگی بود که به روش پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان و مدیران اتاق بازرگانی، صنایع، معادن و اتاق اصناف، وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت کشور بودند که 300 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه آماری به روش نمونهگیری تصادفیساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری برای جمعآوری دادههای، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته آسیب‌شناسی اخلاقی اجرای خط‌مشی‌های عمومی بازرگانی کشور با رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی بود. داده ها با استفاده با استفاده از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرمافزار PlS تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که تمامی سوالات دارای اثر معناداری (01/0>P) در مدل میباشند. شاخصهای برازش مدل ساختاری از برازندگی مناسبی برخوردار است، و همچنین نتایج نشان می دهد که مقدار واریانس استخراج شده و میزان  اشتراکی برای آسیب‌شناسی اخلاقی اجرای خط‌مشی‌های عمومی بازرگانی کشور با رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی برابر 416/0 میباشد. نتیجه گیری: اجرای ناقص، غیرعلمی و بی توجهی به اخلاق کسب و کار ( همچون شایسته سالاری ، شفاف بودن، مبارزه با فساد و رانت وغیره)، سبب شده است که باوجود تلاش&lrm;های بسیار، همچنان خطمشیهای بازرگانی بر اساس رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی در اجرا موفقیت چشمگیری به دست نیاورده باشند. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: The model of resistance economy, which was prepared and presented with the guidance of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution and a group of economists, has two general types of responsibilities. One type of responsibility has a general status and the general public and organizations have duties and responsibilities to improve the economic situation of the country, and the second type are responsibilities that are clearly and explicitly assigned to specific institutions and organizations. The aim of the present study was the ethical pathology of implementing the general commercial policies of the country with the approach of resistance economy. Method: The present study was a descriptive-correlational study that was conducted by survey method. The statistical population included the staff and managers of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture and the Chamber of Guilds, the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, 300 of whom were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling. The measurement tool for data collection was a researcher-made questionnaire on ethical pathology of the implementation of the general commercial policies of the country with the approach of resistance economics. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling method using PlS software. Results: The results showed that all questions have a significant effect (P <0.01) in the model.
