other تبیین رابطه هوش معنوی و هوش اخلاقی مدیران با اجرای خط مشی های وزارت کشور تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین رابطه هوش معنوی و هوش اخلاقی مدیران با اجرای خط مشی های وزارت کشور به منظور ارائه مدل مطلوب می‌باشد. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">&shy;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">های توصیفی- همبستگی است که به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش ، کلیه مدیران و معاونان استانداری ها، فرمانداری ها، بخشداری ها و شهرداری های استان کرمان به تعداد 282 نفر بوده‌اند که 162 نفر از آن‌ها به عنوان نمونه و به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم طبقات انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، 3 پرسشنامه</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">بود . به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش آمار توصیفی (انواع شاخص&shy;ها، جداول و نمودارهای آماری) و استنباطی (مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی) استفاده شده است و داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">Amos</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته‌ها</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: نتایج پژوهش ضمن تأیید الگوی پیشنهادی پژوهش، نشان داد که بین هوش معنوی و هوش اخلاقی مدیران با اجرای خط مشی های وزارت کشور رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه گیری</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: نتایج نشان می دهد با افزایش سطح هوشیاری مدیران در سطوح معنوی/اخلاقی ، توانایی آنها در اجرای خط مشی های وزارت کشور تقویت می شود. بنابراین توانایی ورود و خروج از حالت&shy;های بالاتر معنوی هوشیاری (مثل هوشیاری خالص، یکپارچگی و وحدت)، داشتن قوای ذهنی در یک فعالیت و حالت بیداری در بین مدیران اجرایی می تواند بر اجرایی خط مشی های وزارت کشور توسط آنها اثر مثبت داشته باشد. &nbsp;</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between spiritual intelligence and moral intelligence of managers with the implementation of the policies of the Ministry of Interior in order to provide a desirable model.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study is a descriptive-correlational research that has been done by survey method. The statistical population of the study was all managers and deputies of governorates, governorates, districts and municipalities of Kerman province, numbering 282 people, 162 of whom were selected as a sample and randomly selected categories according to the volume of classes. Data collection tool was 3 questionnaires. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics (types of indicators, tables and statistical graphs) and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling and confirmatory factor analysis) were used and the data were analyzed using Amos software.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results</strong>: The results of the research, while confirming the proposed research model, showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and moral intelligence of managers with the implementation of the policies of the Ministry of Interior.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results show that by increasing the level of awareness of managers at the spiritual / moral levels, their ability to implement the policies of the Ministry of Interior is strengthened.
