other رابطه هوش اخلاقی و شفقت خود با کیفیت زندگی در بیماران مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">مولتیپل اسکلروزیس، یکی از ناتوان‌کننده‌ترین بیماری‌های سیستم عصب مرکزی است که سیری مزمن دارد. تظاهرات بالینیاین بیماری می‌تواندبر فعالیت‌های روزانه او نیز تأثیر گذاشته و در نتیجه موجب کاهش کیفیت زندگی، در این افراد می‌گردد. بدین ترتیب، با توجه به اهمیت کیفیت زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطه هوش اخلاقی و شفقت خود با کیفیت زندگی افراد مبتلا به این بیماری می‌پردازد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">روش</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">:روش پژوهش از نوع مطالعات توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری در مطالعه حاضر، بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس ساکن شیراز است که از آن میان، تعداد 150 نفر، به عنوان حجم نمونه و به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب گردید.</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش، از پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش اخلاقی، مقیاس شفقت خود و مقیاس سنجش کیفیت زندگی، استفاده گردید.</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> داده‌ها، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">SPSS-21</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> ثبت گردید، و از روش آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و نیز آزمون آماری رگرسیون برای تحلیل استفاده شد.</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته‌ها</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که هوش اخلاقی و مؤلفه‌های آن و نیز شفقت خود و مؤلفه‌های آن با کیفیت زندگی در این بیماران همبستگی مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین این دو متغیر قادر به پیش‌بینی کیفیت زندگی در این بیماران می‌باشد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">: نتایج بیانگر این است که توجه به مؤلفه‌های هوش اخلاقی و شفقت خود می‌تواند در بهبود کیفیت زندگی در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل‌اسکلروزیس نقش مؤثری ایفا کند. بنابراین تدوین برنامه‌ها و مداخلات درمانی در این دو حیطه کمک شایانی به این بیماران می‌کند.</span></div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Multiple sclerosis is one of the most debilitating diseases of the central nervous system, which has chronic process. Clinical manifestations of this disease can also affect their daily activities and, as a result, reduce the quality of life in these people. Thus, considering the importance of quality of life in patients with multiple sclerosis, the present study examines the relationship between moral intelligence and self-compassion with quality of life in people with this disease.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: The research method is descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population in this study is patients with multiple sclerosis in Shiraz, 150 of them were selected as sample size with available sampling method. To collect data in this study, the standard questionnaire of moral intelligence, self-compassion scale and quality of life assessment scale were used. Data were recorded using SPSS-21 software. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression test were used for analysis.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The findings of this study showed that moral intelligence and its components andself-compassion and its components have a positive and significant correlation with quality of life in these patients. These two variables are also able to predict the quality of life in these patients.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The results indicate that attention to the components of moral intelligence and self-compassion can play an important role in improving the quality of life in patients with multiple sclerosis.
