other تحلیل نقش میانجی فاصله اخلاقی در روابط بین فردی دانشجویان Analysis of the Mediating Role of Ethical Distance in Students' Interpersonal Relationships تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه: از اساسی ترین اصول ایجاد ارتباط و روابط سالم و اثر گذار با سایر افراد، اهمیت به اصول اخلاقی انسانی است. ازین رو پژوهش با هدف نقش میانجی فاصله اخلاقی در روابط بین فردی دانشجویان صورت گرفت. روش: پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی است.جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه های آزاد و دولتی استان مازندران بودند که تعداد 324نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان و روش تصادفی طبقه ای به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند.جهت گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه فاصله اخلاقی و روابط بین فردی استفادهگردید.جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون،تحلیل مسیر و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد فاصله اخلاقی بر همدلی و صمیمت، ابراز وجود، مهارت ارتباطی، حل تعارض، حفظ ارتباط و گوش کردن نقش منفی معناداری دارد که فاصله اخلاقی بر ابراز وجود(610/0-=β) بیشترین اثر و بر حفظ ارتباط(462/0-=β)کمترین نقش را داشته است. نتایج معادلات ساختاری نیز نشان داد فاصله اخلاقی بر روابط بین فردی دانشجویان(001/0=Sig، 559/5-=t)با ضریب مسیر (426/0-=β) نقش منفی مستقیم معناداری دارند.در نهایت شاخص های برازش مدل نشان از تایید مدل تحقیق حاضر دارد. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های تحقیق اتخاذ سیاست هایی توسط مدیران که منجر به بهبود ارزش های اخلاقی،فرهنگی و کاهش فاصله اخلاقی در بین دانشجویان می گردد،به ارتقای روابط بین فردی آنان کمک می کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: One of the most basic principles of establishing healthy and effective communication and relationships with other people is the importance of human ethical principles. Therefore, the research was conducted with the aim of mediating the role of moral distance in students' interpersonal relationships. Method: The research is a descriptive-survey based on the purpose of the research. Statistical society including all students from the public and azad universities of Mazandaran province that 324 people were selected based on Morgan table and stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by moral distance and interpersonal relationships. Pearson correlation, path analysis and structural equations were used to analyze the data. Result:  The results of path analysis indicated that the moral distance on empathy and intimacy, expressing existence, communicative skills, conflict resolution, maintaining communication and listening have a significant negative role. The moral distance has the highest effect on self-expression (β=0/610) and has the least effect on maintaining the relationship (β=-0/462).The results of structural equations show that moral distance has a direct negative effect on students' interpersonal relationships with path coefficient (β=-0/426). Finally, the fitting indices of the model indicate confirmation of the present research model.
