fa تحلیل نقش انسان‌شناسی در اخلاق حرفه‌ای تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: right;"><strong>زمینه:</strong> یکی از علل کم‌رنگ شدن اخلاق در روابط انسانی، غفلت از ارزش والای انسانی است. این نگرش باعث می‌شود که انسان موجودی کم‌اهمیت به‌نظر آید و ناخودآگاه بسیاری از حقوق قانونی و اخلاقی او نادیده گرفته شود. برعکس، توجه به جایگاه بالای انسان، حس احترام به بشر و رعایت رفتار اخلاقی نسبت به او را بر می‌انگیزد. بنابراین لازم است، حقیقت و جایگاه انسان به‌گونه‌ای فراگیر و با روشی عقلی و نظری، تبیین شود و پیامدهای اخلاقی آن در رفتار افراد نسبت به یکدیگر مورد توجه قرار گیرد. از این روی پژوهش حاضر بر آن شد بر انسان‌شناسی فلسفی، عرفانی و دینی، به عنوان مبانی نظری اخلاق حرفه‌ای توجه نماید.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: right;"></p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: right;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بین تلقی هر شخصی از انسان و نوع رفتار او با افراد بشر رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. توجه دادن به استعدادها و ظرفیت‌های نهفته در انسان و جایگاه بالای او در آفرینش، افزون بر این که هوش اخلاقی را پایدارتر می‌کند، می‌تواند از سویی نوعی احترام و رفتار اخلاق‌مدارانه نسبت به انسان‌ها را در افراد برانگیزد و از دیگر سو، انگیزه برای تربیت انسان‌های بدرفتار و غیراخلاقی را افزایش دهد. از این رو، برای بهبود روابط انسانی و به‌ویژه رعایت اخلاق در محیط کسب‌وکار، دیدن این جایگاه می‌تواند نقش چشمگیری داشته باشد. این دیدن اما بیشتر با چشم خرد دیده می‌شود تا با چشم سَر، یعنی نظری و فراتر از رفتارشناسی است.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: right;"></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: A factor of fading ethics in relationships is the loss of Human. This attitude makes him/her to seem insignificant being and, unconsciously, most of his legal and moral rights to be ignored. On the contrary, with regard to the position of Human, it would raise the sense of honor to him and would cause to be adhered ethical behavior towards him. Therefore, it is necessary to specify the truth of Human and his position with regard a visionary method, and to be considered its moral consequences in the behavior.<strong> This article aims to review the philosophical, mystical and religious humanology as </strong>theoretical foundation of professional ethics.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> There is a significant relationship between attitude of anyone from Humanity and his treatment with the People. Due to the extraordinary talents and capacities of Human and his position in creation, besides of fixing the moral intelligence, it could raise a respectful and ethical behavior-oriented in individuals, on the other hand, it would support the motivation for training the bad behavior or immoral people.
