fa کاربرد مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای آموزش در اعضای هیئت علمی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">اخلاق در آموزش عالی مشخص کننده حدود و ثغور رفتار اعضای هیئت علمی و تضمین کننده سلامت آموزش عالی است. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان رعایت مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش پژوهش، توصیفی- پس&shy;رویدادی بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان شهر سنندج تشکیل می&shy;دادند که تعداد آن‌ها بر اساس آمار 1452 نفر بود. </span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و نمونه&shy;گیری تصادفی طبقه&shy;ای نسبی</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> 264 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته است که روایی آن از دید اساتید مورد تأیید قرارگرفته و پایایی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 80/0 تعیین گردیده است. در تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از ابزار پژوهش از آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (آزمون تی تک نمونه&shy;ای، آزمون مانوا و تحلیل واریانس یک&shy;راهه) استفاده‌شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که: 1) میانگین مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه&shy;ای آموزش اعضای هیئت علمی از نظر دانشجویان از نمره ملاک پژوهش بالاتر بوده است. از بین مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه&shy;ای، مؤلفه حفظ اسرار دانشجویان توسط اعضای هیئت علمی دارای بالاترین ضریب تغییرات (87/4) و مؤلفه مسئولیت&shy;پذیری در قبال آموزش صحیح دارای کمترین ضریب تغییرات (37/2) است.2) بین دیدگاه دانشجویان بر اساس جنس، ترم و رشته در مورد بعضی از مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای آموزش تفاوت معنی&shy;داری وجود دارد.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نتیجه &shy;گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">بنابراین با نهادینه کردن اخلاق حرفه&shy;ای آموزش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان، علاوه بر بهبود باورها و رفتارهای اخلاقی دانشجویان، آن‌ها یاد خواهند گرفت که خودشان در هنگام تدریس در مدارس، اخلاق حرفه&shy;ای آموزش را رعایت کنند.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background: </strong>Ethics in the higher education highlights the extent to which faculty behaves and ensures the health of higher education. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the observance of the vocational ethics components of faculty members at Farhangian University.<br> <strong>Method: </strong>The research method is descriptive-post hoc survey. The statistical population consisted of all students of the University of farhangian in Sanandaj (1452), 264 were selected according to statistic. Using the Cochran formula and stratified random sampling, 264 were selected as samples. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that its validity was confirmed by the professors and its reliability was determined using the Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient of 0.80. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test, Manu&#39;s test and one-way analysis of variance) were used to analyze the data.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The findings of this study indicate that: 1) the average of the components of ethics of faculty members&#39; training was higher than the criterion of the research. Among the components of professional ethics, the component of student secrecy by faculty members is the highest coefficient of change (4.87) and the component of accountability for the correct education with the lowest coefficient of change (2.37). 2) There is a significant difference between students&#39; viewpoints on gender, term, and discipline regarding some of the components of professional ethics education.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Therefore, by institutionalizing the professional ethics of education at Farhangian University, in addition to improving students&#39; ethical beliefs and behaviors, they will learn that they will adhere to professional ethics when teaching in schools.</div> اخلاق, اخلاق حرفه‌ای, آموزش عالی Ethics, Professional ethics, Higher education 121 130 http://ethicsjournal.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-259&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 مصطفی باقریان پور 10031947532846005944 10031947532846005944 Yes
