fa اخلاق حرفه‌ای در تعاونی‌های کشاورزی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> تعاونی‌ها به‌عنوان اشکال متفاوتی از کسب‌وکار تلقی می‌شوند که بر همکاری جمعی اعضاء جهت دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی &rlm;تأکید می‌کنند. اعتماد، قلب یک تعاونی کشاورزی بوده و پایه و اساس اعتماد، اخلاق است. ‌این مطالعه، چرایی توجه به اخلاق را در تعاونی‌&rlm;ها مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد. تأکید بر رفتار اخلاقی کسب و کار، می‌تواند به افتراق و یا تقویت تعهد و وفاداری اعضاء تعاونی‌ها کمک &rlm;نماید. در‌ این مطالعه به چالش‌ها و چاره‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در تعاونی‌های کشاورزی توجه شده است. &rlm;</span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> وجود فشارهای زیاد به مدیران تعاونی‌ها برای دستیابی به بالاترین پس انداز و سود، اداره تعاونی‌ها به‌مثابه یک شرکت &rlm;خصوصی از سوی تعدادی از مدیران، وجود تعداد زیاد رقبا و کمبود مشتری، افزایش پیچیدگی‌های بازار، الزام‌های تغییر ساختار بخش &rlm;کشاورزی و کاهش سوددهی مزارع از مهم‌ترین محرک‌های بروز رفتارهای غیراخلاقی در حوزه مدیریت تعاونی‌های کشاورزی هستند. &rlm;اکثریت تعاونی‌های کشاورزی با چالش‌هایی غیراخلاقی نظیر طفره رفتن از مسئولیت‌های شغلی، روابط و معاملات تجاری با خویشاوندان، &rlm;دوستان و ...، پاداش‌های فروش، قیمت‌گذاری و تجربه تجارت غیرقانونی مواجه هستند. مدیریت اخلاقیات، شناسایی موضوع، توضیح ارزش‌&rlm;ها، تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش، حمایت سازمانی و تعهد مهم‌ترین اقدامات سازمانی جهت بهبود فرایند اخلاقی در تعاونی‌های کشاورزی هستند.&rlm;</span><br> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">&rlm;&rlm;</span></span></div> <div><strong>Background</strong>: Cooperatives as distinct forms of business rely upon members to work together &lrm;towards collective goals. Trust is the heart of an agricultural cooperative<span dir="RTL">&rlm;.&rlm;</span>&lrm; Ethics provides &lrm;the foundation for trust that must be present for cooperation to occur. This study explains &lrm;why ethics is important to the success of cooperatives and what boards of directors and &lrm;managers can do to strengthen it. Emphasis upon ethical business conduct may help &lrm;distinguish cooperatives from other types of business while at the same time reinforcing &lrm;membership commitment and loyalty. This study considers the challenges and &lrm;solutions of professional ethics in the agricultural cooperatives. &lrm;<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Extreme pressure on managers to obtain higher savings with lower prices, run &lrm;the cooperative like a private business by the number of managers, the large number of &lrm;competitors and the lack of customer, the increasing complexity in the market and the &lrm;number of cooperatives, requirement of restructuring the agricultural sector and reducing the &lrm;profitability of farms are the most important causes and stimulus of unethical behavior in the &lrm;management of agricultural cooperatives. The majority of agricultural cooperatives faced &lrm;with Immoral challenges such as shirking responsibilities, business dealing with relatives, &lrm;friends, sales incentives, pricing, illegal business practice.
