fa قابلیت پیش‌بینی مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان براساس استفاده از برنامه‌های شبکه‌های ماهواره‌ای و اینترنت تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">زمینه</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: اخلاق حرفه‌ای، شاخه‌ای از اخلاق کاربردی است که پرداختن به آن از ضرورت‌های زندگی در جوامع جدید است. هدف از پژوهش &rlm;حاضر قابلیت پیش‌بینی مؤلفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان ادارات آموزش و پرورش استان چهارمحال و بختیاری براساس استفاده از برنامه‌&rlm;های شبکه‌های ماهواره‌ای و اینترنت است.&rlm;</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: روش پژوهش، توصیفی </span>&ndash;<span style="font-family:b mitra;"> همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی کارکنان ادارات آموزش و پرورش استان چهارمحال و &rlm;بختیاری در سال 96 </span>&ndash;<span style="font-family:b mitra;"> 1395 تشکیل می</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">دادند که تعداد آنها بر اساس آمار 895 نفر بود. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای &rlm;تصادفی 268 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ آنها &rlm;به ترتیب 92/0، 89/0 و 91/0 محاسبه شد. روایی صوری پرسشنامه</span>&not;<span style="font-family:b mitra;">ها با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی &rlm;تأیید شد. اطلاعات به‌دست آمده در این پژوهش با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.&rlm;</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین استفاده از ماهواره و اخلاق حرفه‌ای رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین استفاده از &rlm;اینترنت و اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان رابطه منفی وجود دارد.&rlm;</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> هرچه قدر کارکنان از ماهواره و اینترنت بیشتر استفاده کنند، اخلاق حرفه‌ای آنها در اداره کمتر می‌شود.&rlm;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background</strong>: Professional ethics is a branch of applied ethics that is necessary for new societies. &lrm;<span dir="RTL">&rlm; &rlm;</span>The aim of this study is to predict the components of professional &lrm;ethics of staffs based on the &lrm;use of satellite networks and the Internet.&lrm;<br> <strong>Method</strong>: The research method was descriptive-correlation. Statistical population included &lrm;all employees of education departments in Chaharmahal-e-Bakhtiari Province in 2016 - 2017 <span dir="RTL">(N=895)</span>. Using random cluster sample and sampling, 268 samples &lrm;were selected. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information that their &lrm;Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient, 0/92, 0/89 and 0/91 respectively. Validity of questionnaire was based on the experts confirmation and construct validity was based on the factorial analaysis. &lrm;Information obtained in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential &lrm;statistics.&lrm;<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the use of satellites and professional ethics.
