fa تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر رعایت اخلاق شهروندی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">زمینه</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">:&rlm;</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:b mitra;">&lrm;</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:b mitra;">&lrm;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">انتظار از تحقق و توسعه اخلاق شهروندی در تمام کنشگران شهرنشین، پدیده ای است که امروزه در بررسی</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">های اجتماعی و شهری &rlm;بدان توجه می</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">شود، از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین عوامل موثر بر رعایت اخلاق شهروندی می باشد.&rlm;</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: روش پژوهش توصیفی-&nbsp; همبستگی است&nbsp; که به صورت مقطعی و میدانی انجام گرفت جامعه آماری آن را افراد سرپرست&nbsp; خانوار و غیر سرپرست خانوار &rlm;شهر اهواز به تعداد 1112021 تشکیل می دهند. که با&nbsp; استفاده از فرمول کوکران&nbsp; 390 نفر&nbsp; به شیوه نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">ای به عنوان نمونه آماری &rlm;انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در 6 مولفه و 36 گویه استفاده شد. برای تجزیه&nbsp; و تحلیل داده</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">های پژوهش از ضریب همبستگی و &rlm;تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار &rlm;</span><span dir="LTR">SPSS21</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:b mitra;">&lrm;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">&rlm;&nbsp; و &rlm;</span><span dir="LTR">Pls</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;">&rlm; استفاده شد.&rlm;</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته&shy;ها</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که تصور فرد از احساس تکلیف شهروندی، نظارت وجدان جمعی بر عملکرد فرد، همنوایی با سایر شهروندان، حس &rlm;شهروندی، احساس تکلیف&nbsp; و&nbsp; اهمیت شهروندی با رعایت اخلاق شهروندی ارتباط مثبت و معنادار دارد. </span><br> <span style="font-family:b mitra;">&nbsp;&rlm;<strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong>&nbsp; با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می توان&nbsp; بیان داشت که چنانچه ذهنیت شهروندان و فرهنگ سازی آنها بر مبنای اخلاق &rlm;صورت گیرد می توان انتظار داشت که اخلاق شهروندی به خوبی رعایت شود و همگی بر تکلیف و وظیفه خود آگاه شده و بر مبنای آن &rlm;عملکرد متناسبی خواهند داشت.&rlm;</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background</strong>: The expectation of the realization and development of citizenship ethics in all &lrm;urban actors is a phenomenon that is considered today in social and urban studies. Therefore, &lrm;the purpose of this study is to explain the factors affecting citizenship ethics.&lrm;<br> <strong>Method</strong>: The research method was descriptive-correlation survey. The statistical &lrm;population is consisted of heads of households and non-careers of Ahvaz households in the amount &lrm;of 1112021. 390 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method using Cochran&#39;s &lrm;formula. A researcher-made questionnaire was used in order to collect data in 6 components &lrm;and 36 items.
