fa تحلیل چالش‌های اخلاقی و تدوین راهبردهای اخلاقی- مدیریتی در صنعت مرغداری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <h1 dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;punctuation-wrap:simple;vertical-align:baseline;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه:</span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> صنعت مرغداری یکی از بخش‌های مهم اقتصادی کشور محسوب می‌شود، که تأمین کننده سهم مهمی از نیازهای غذایی جامعه &rlm;است. از این رو هدف اصلی این مقاله شناخت چالش‌های &rlm;اخلاقی موجود در مرغداری‌ها، شناسایی دلایل چالش‌های اخلاقی شناخته شده و در نهایت تدوین راهبردهای اخلاقی- مدیریتی جهت &rlm;تحول کیفی در صنعت مرغداری می‌باشد. &rlm;</span></span></span></h1> <h1 dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;punctuation-wrap:simple;vertical-align:baseline;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش:</span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش، روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل همه مرغداران فعال در سطح &rlm;شهرستان شیراز است که با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 162 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. داده‌&rlm;های مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری گردید و در نهایت تعداد 170 پرسشنامه تکمیل شد. ابتدا با انجام تحلیل عاملی چالش‌های &rlm;اخلاقی در صنعت مرغداری شناسایی گردید و سپس با استفاده از شیوه تحلیل محتوا دلایل رفتارهای غیر اخلاقی شناخته شد و در پایان با &rlm;استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین، فراوانی، درصد و درصد معتبر) دیگر فرضیات تحقیق به آزمون گذاشته شد.&rlm;</span></span></span></h1> <h1 dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;punctuation-wrap:simple;vertical-align:baseline;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> نتایج در نهایت به تأیید 3 چالش اخلاقی در صنعت مرغداری انجامید و از سویی راهبردهای مؤثر بر رفع چالش‌های اخلاقی در &rlm;مرغداری‌ها به این ترتیب اولویت بندی شد: تعهد، همدلی، اقتدار، قانون، دانش، نیاز، الگوسازی، تشویق، اقتصادی، مشاوره، فشار اجتماعی و &rlm;تعلق اجتماعی.&rlm;</span></span></span></h1> <h1 dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;punctuation-wrap:simple;vertical-align:baseline;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span><span style="font-weight:normal;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> جهت تحقق اخلاق حرفه‌ای مرغداران و ایجاد رفتار اخلاقی در واحدهای مذکور به تهیه و تدوین معیارهای اخلاقی اقدام &rlm;گردید و پیشنهاداتی درباره اجرای این راهبرد‌ها بیان شده است. </span></span></span></h1> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background</strong>: Poultry industry is one of the major economic sectors in the country, which makes &lrm;a significant contribution to the food needs of the society. Despite it&rsquo;s in recent years, in &lrm;different production process and distributing activities it faces many challenges and &lrm;difficulties. One of major difficulties is lack of attention to ethical behavior in the poultry &lrm;industry which is the main objective of this research which these to explore the ethical &lrm;challenges of<span dir="RTL">&rlm; &rlm;</span>poultry production as well as identifying the reasons and causes.&lrm;<br> &lrm;<strong>Method</strong>: This research used descriptive methodology and survey technique to collect the data. &lrm;Population of the research included all broiler breeder hens in Shiraz County. A total number &lrm;of 170 breeders were selected and studied by the stratified random sampling that completed the &lrm;questionnaire. Data analysis was performed with Factor analysis, Content Analysis and &lrm;descriptive statistics<span dir="RTL">&rlm;.&rlm;</span><br> &lrm;<strong>Results</strong>: Behavioral challenges in the poultry industry were summarized in three groups that &lrm;include 1- Management- economic challenges, 2- Administrative- health challenges and 3- Attitudinal challenges and causes were extracted and codified 12 strategies for improvement&nbsp; &lrm;the ethical behavior.
