fa رابطه مؤلفه‌های اخلاقی منفعت‌طلبی شخصی و نگرانی برای دیگران با عدم صداقت علمی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه:</span></strong> براین اساس که دانشجویان حسابداری در آینده به‌عنوان حسابدار و مدیر که ضروریات شغلی یک جامعه پیشرفته محسوب می‌شوند، مشغول به کار می‌گردند، لذا درک و شناخت ارزش‌های اخلاقی دانشجویان حسابداری،*حائز اهمیت می‌باشد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی رابطه میان منفعت‌طلبی شخصی و نگرانی برای دیگران با عدم صداقت علمی دانشجویان حسابداری است.<br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش:</span></strong> روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشجویان حسابداری استان فارس (دانشگاه آزاد شیراز و مرودشت، دانشگاه پیام نور کازرون و نورآباد) بودند که از بین آنها 311 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل سه پرسشنامه استاندارد بود و داده‌‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی جزئی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، بین نگرانی برای دیگران با عدم صداقت علمی در بین دانشجویان حسابداری رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. مقدار همبستگی جزئی بین دو متغیر برابر با 14/0- به‌دست‌آمده است. همچنین، بین منفعت‌طلبی شخصی با عدم صداقت علمی در بین دانشجویان حسابداری رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. مقدار همبستگی بین دو متغیر برابر با 74/0 به‌دست‌آمده است.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> با توجه‌ به مضرات حاصل از سطح بالای عدم صداقت علمی در بین دانشجویان حسابداری توصیه می‌شود اقداماتی در جهت افزایش سطح مؤلفه‌های اخلاقی در دانشگاه‌‌ها صورت گیرد .<br> &nbsp;</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background</strong>: It is of great significance to understand the moral values of accounting students because in the future, they will be employed in the accounting and managing professions, which are needed in an advanced society. The study aims to investigate the relationship of the moral components of selfism and empathy with the academic dishonesty of the accounting students.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: The study employs a descriptive, correlational research method. The study population consists of the accounting students of Fars province (The Islamic Azad University of Shiraz and Marvdasht, Payame Noor University of Kazeroun and Noorabad) out of which 311 students were sampled using random sampling. The research tools include the Likert 5 point scale questionnaires of Phares and Erskine (1984), Goldberg (1999) and Bloodgood (2010) and the data were analyzed using the partial correlation coefficient.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The results indicate that there is a negative and significant relationship between empathy and academic dishonesty of the accounting students. The value of partial correlation between the two variables is equal to -0.14. Moreover, there is a significant relationship between selfism and academic dishonesty of the accounting students.
