fa وضعیت رعایت بُعد انسانی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در نظام قضایی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>زمینه</strong>: توفیق در اثربخشی سازمان‌های دولتی پیوند عمیقی با مراعات اخلاقیات توسط منابع انسانی دارد. با توجه به نقش ویژه عامل انسانی &rlm;در اخلاق مداری و نیز وابستگی پدیده رشد اخلاقی به شناخت وضع موجود و برنامه‌ریزی بر اساس آن، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی وضعیت &rlm;رعایت بعد انسانی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در نظام قضایی می‌پردازد.&rlm;<br> <strong>روش</strong>:روش تحقیق توصیفی<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span> <span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>پیمایشی به‌صورت آمیخته(کیفی- کمی) است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش در بخش کیفی خبرگان دانشگاهی و &rlm;سازمانی و در بخش کمی مراجعان دادگستری مرکز استان کرمانشاه می‌باشد. شیوه نمونه‌گیری در بخش کیفی به‌صورت نظری از طریق &rlm;روش گلوله برفی با همکاری 23 نفر و در بخش کمی به نحو تصادفی ساده براساس فرمول حجم نمونه کوکران با مشارکت 400 نفر از &rlm;مراجعان انجام شده است. ابزار اکتساب داده‌ها و اطلاعات در بخش کیفی سندکاوی و مصاحبه و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته &rlm;است. تحلیل<span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span> <span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span>داده‌ها و اطلاعات در بخش کیفی، تفسیری و در بخش کمی با استفاده از آزمون تی، فریدمن و ... انجام و یک مدل اکتشافی &rlm;از طریق روش معادلات ساختاری به متغیر‌ها برازش داده شده است.&rlm;<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بررسی مؤلفه‌های احصایی بعد انسانی که عبارتند از؛ وجدان کاری، مسئولیت‌پذیری، صداقت و ... ، بیانگر رعایت بیش از حد &rlm;متوسط جملگی آنها بوده اما تفاوت معناداری میان مؤلفه‌ها از لحاظ میزان مراعات وجود دارد. بدین‌معنا که مؤلفه آراستگی بیشترین و مؤلفه &rlm;انعطاف‌پذیری کمترین رتبه را از لحاظ میزان مراعات دارد. &rlm;<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> در مجموع نتایج حکایت از وضعیت معقول مراعات بعد انسانی اخلاق حرفه‌ای در نظام قضایی دارد.&rlm;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background</strong>: Success in the effectiveness of government agencies intimately observe the ethics of &lrm;human resources. Considering the importance of the human factor in the organization&#39;s ethical &lrm;and moral development depends on knowledge of the status quo on the grounds that the &lrm;planning was consequently<span dir="RTL">&rlm;.&rlm;</span>This study examines the state of compliance with professional ethics &lrm;in the judicial system&#39;s human dimension.&lrm;<br> <strong>Method</strong>: In this descriptive<span dir="RTL">&rlm; &rlm;</span>&lrm;- survey method is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The population &lrm;of this research, academic experts in qualitative and quantitative organizational and Clienteles &lrm;is Justice Center in Kermanshah Province. Sampling in qualitative ways, such as through the &lrm;snowball method with the help of 23 people<span dir="RTL">&rlm; &rlm;</span>and in a random manner according to the formula &lrm;Kokran sample size was carried out with the participation of 400 clients<span dir="RTL">&rlm;.&rlm;</span>Instruments data &lrm;acquisition and qualitative information and quantitative questionnaire explored different &lrm;documents and interviews made. In the qualitative data analysis, interpretation and quantitative &lrm;using t-test, Friedman, etc., and a heuristic model using structural equation model was fitted to &lrm;the variables.&lrm;<span dir="RTL">&rlm; &rlm;</span>&lrm; &lrm;<br> <strong>Results</strong><span dir="RTL">&rlm;:&rlm;</span>The results are certified according to defined human<span dir="RTL">&rlm; &rlm;</span>components, which are work &lrm;concience, responsibility, honesty<span dir="RTL">&rlm;...&rlm;</span>&lrm; observe the status of compliance human aspect of &lrm;professional ethics judicial system is over the average. Meanwhile thers is the significant &lrm;difference between the components of the human dimension in terms of respect.
