fa آسیب‌شناسی اخلاق پژوهش دانشگاهی: مطالعه پدیدارشناسی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">زمینه:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> اخلاق در پژوهش الزاماتی برای کاربرد عملی اخلاق در تحقیقات علمی دارد و تمام تحقیقات علمی ممکن است در معرض چالش‌های اخلاقی قرار بگیرند. این تحقیق کیفی با هدف آسیب‌شناسی اخلاق پژوهش در دانشگاه‌‌ها صورت گرفته است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">روش:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل اعضای هیات ‌علمی دانشگاه شهید‌مدنی آذربایجان هستند. 13 نفر از اعضای هیات‌علمی به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن به سطح اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته عمیق بوده و&nbsp; داده‌های حاصل از آنها با استفاده از روش هفت مرحله ای کلایزی &nbsp;تحلیل و مقوله‌بندی شده‌اند</span><span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"> پس از پالایش داده‌‌ها سه مضمون اصلی و 14زیرمضمون استخراج گردید که مضامین اصلی عبارتند از: معضلات و آسیب‌‌های اخلاق پژوهش در دانشگاه‌‌ها، دلایل بروز معضلات موجود در حیطه اخلاق پژوهش دانشگاهی و راهکارهای بهبود وضعیت اخلاق پژوهش دانشگاهی.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;">در حوزه اخلاق پژوهش دانشگاهی هم ضعف ساختاری وجود دارد و هم ضعف فرهنگی. ضعف ساختاری از آن جهت که سیستم دانشگاهی برای اعضای هیات‌علمی بستری فراهم کرده است که برای بقا و ترفیع در این سیستم چاره‌ای جز انجام پژوهش و مقاله‌نویسی نداشته باشد و از سوی دیگر شاخص‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای و اخلاق پژوهش نیز به درستی برای آنها تبیین نمی‌شود. </span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Ethics in research has some requirements for the practical application of ethics in scientific research. All scientific research may be exposed to ethical challenges. Therefore, the present qualitative research has been conducted with the aim of pathology of research ethics in universities.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study is applied in terms of objectives, and was conducted via the qualitative approach and using the descriptive phenomenological method. The population of the research consisted of all faculty members of Azerbaijan Shahid Madani University, among whom 13 participants were selected via the convenience sampling method until theoretical saturation. The research method was in-depth semi-structured interviewing technique. The data obtained from interviews were analyzed and categorized via Colaizzi&#39;s seven steps method.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: After filtering the data, three main themes and 14 subthemes were extracted. Main themes are as follows: problems and damages of research ethics in universities, reasons for the occurrence of existing problems in the field of academic research ethics, and strategies for improving the state of academic research ethics.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> In the field of academic research ethics, there are some structural and cultural weaknesses.
