Background: Ethics is one of the subjects that has been emphasized as a driver of growth since the advent of Aristotelian philosophy to the present day. Therefore, organizational growth without considering ethics is incomplete. Consequently, ethics and organizational growth are two intertwined topics. The aim of this research is to examine the ethics of managers based on the antecedents of growth, with a focus on the Blue Ocean Strategy. Method: The research method is applied in terms of its objective and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study consists of 16 senior managers of Islamic Azad University, Sirjan Branch, with a sample size of 11 (4 women and 7 men) selected through snowball sampling. The data collection tool is a questionnaire, and the DEMATEL technique in a rough environment using Excel software was employed for data analysis. Results: The results showed that growth in the organization is influenced by the ethics of managers. Emphasizing ethics in the organization strengthens organizational growth, making it possible to move towards the Blue Ocean Strategy within the organization. Conclusion: Prioritizing antecedents and determining the importance of managers' ethical behaviors enable senior managers to manage their resources and expenses towards achieving organizational growth and continue their work in an organized manner.
