Identifying the Ethical Strategies of Entrepreneurship Education in the Higher Education System

Background: Paying attention to ethical strategies in entrepreneurship education can be one of the important factors that provide the context for the development of entrepreneurial ethics, with the understanding of this importance, the present research was conducted with the aim of identifying ethical strategies of entrepreneurship education in the higher education system.
Method: The qualitative research method was content analysis type. The participants were experts and university professors. The purposeful theoretical sampling method was used with 13 people, the estimation of the desired sample size was done based on the theoretical saturation of the data. The research data collection tool was semi-structured interview. Validity and reliability of research data collection tools were confirmed, data analysis was done through open coding.
Results: The findings of the qualitative part showed that 45 indicators of ethical strategies of entrepreneurship education in five factors of ethics in management structure, ethics in team activities, redefinition of ethical values ​​of entrepreneurship, amendment of laws and regulations, institutionalization of professional ethics was identified The findings of the quantitative section also showed that the factor load of all identification indicators is confirmed.
Conclusion: Identifying the factors of ethical strategies in the direction of entrepreneurship education can be considered as a strategy in the direction of promoting entrepreneurial behaviors
