The Relationship between Talent Management Model and Professional Ethics of Iranian Customs Staff

Background: Professional ethics can be used to rationalize an organization based on humanistic attitude. On the other hand, individual and organizational development arising from talent management may be related to improvement of professional ethics of employees. Accordingly, the objective of this study was to examine the relationship between talent management model and professional ethics customs administration employees of Iran.
Method: The research is an applied in terms of objective and its methodology is descriptive- correlational which 367 people were selected among 8364 employees of customs administration of Islamic Republic of Iran through simple random sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Also, Data were analyzed through statistical structural equation modeling.
Results: The results show that there is a significant relationship between the exploratory talent management model and the professional ethics of the customs administration employees of Iran.
Conclusion: Regarding the findings, the more increased level of talent management indicators in the organization lead to the more level of professional ethics in employees.
